Participants Greet OMP 19 with Optimism

The 19th edition of Lagos Business School’s Owner Managers’ Programme (OMP 19) commenced recently, with participants expressing optimism that they will be equipped with the requisite skills to take their businesses to the next level.
Over 20 participants from diverse industries started the programme with introductory sessions and a tour of LBS’ facilities, leading up to an interactive welcome cocktail.
“My company is growing, and I want to improve my general decision-making processes,” said CEO, NIIT Partners, Adedokun Oduyemi. “I feel LBS is the best place to achieve that since I’ve had a lot of formal education already.”
For others like Esther Akinduro of Taes International Limited, LBS inspires confidence and integrity. So it is only right to imbibe the School’s ethical culture through a programme that will upgrade participants’ decision-making abilities.
“I’ve been to a couple of platforms like this, both international and local. But I feel very strongly that there is quality and value at LBS. I’m sure my expectations will be met if not surpassed,” she said.
As the programme progresses, participants will have intensive but highly informative management coaching that will terminate in July. It will afford them the opportunity to exchange experiences with their counterparts on various key areas of management.
The OMP is designed for owners/managing directors of small and medium-scale organisations, and aims to equip them with the knowledge and skills to competitively position their businesses for the future.
