Lagos Business School recently partnered with Stanbic IBTC to deliver the Senior Management Development Programme for the Senior and Assistant General Managers of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited as part of the ongoing custom executive development programme for members of the Stanbic IBTC group.
Academic Director of Programme, Dr Yetunde Anibaba, Faculty, Analysis of Business Problems, stated that the objective of the programme was to empower the executives with the people management and cross-functional perspectives to drive performance in their teams, leveraging understanding of the workings, structure and culture of Stanbic IBTC as well as the external environment.
