Lagos Business School recently partnered with Stanbic IBTC to strengthen the strategic approach of the members of staff of Stanbic IBTC.
Academic Director of Programme, Dr Franklin Ngwu, Faculty, Strategy, said that the programme was aimed at training the participants on how to position their organisation in a way that will allow it profitably compete in the marketplace, meet challenges, take advantage of opportunities, deliver values to their customers and distinguish themselves from their competitors.
Participants who attended were pleased with the information and knowledge garnered from the programme.
