Lagos Business School recently conducted a Management Development Programme for the Health Strategy and Delivery Foundation (HSDF), Abuja.
Academic Director of Programme, Dr Yetunde Anibaba, Faculty, Analysis of Business Problems, noted that the programme was conducted to equip the leaders of HSDF with knowledge required to manage their teams and projects more effectively, in order to close the gap in the areas of self and people leadership, internal and external stakeholder management.
