Lagos Business School alumnus, Ayotade Oyinlola, has been appointed the new Global Head of Human Resources at mobile telecommunications infrastructure provider, IHS Towers.
He is charged with bringing IHS wealth of experience in HR and telecoms to bear on managing IHS’s expanding talent pool.
Oyinlola has an executive MBA (EMBA 12) in Strategy, Human and Organisational Behaviour and Strategic HR from LBS. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Electrical and Computer Engineering) from the Federal University of Technology, Minna; a diploma in Entrepreneurship from the IESE Business School, Barcelona and Executive Leadership Development diplomas from Harvard Business School and the Wharton Business School, among others.
He is a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Managers in Nigeria.
