Former Executive Director, Business Development at Diamond Bank, Chizoma Okoli has been named Executive Director, Business Banking Division at Access Bank following the recent merger of both banks. Okoli graduated from the Senior Management Programme (SMP 27) of Lagos Business School (LBS).
Okoli’s career in the banking industry began with Diamond Bank in 1992 when she was recruited as an Executive Trainee in its Operations unit. She later joined the Commercial Banking unit of the bank in 1996 from where she rose in ranks to become Executive Director in 2016.
In addition to attending Lagos Business School, Okoli also took the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) of the Wharton Executive Education, University of Pennsylvania. She graduated from the University of Benin with a degree in Law in 1989
