Lagos Business School partnered with Access Bank to host the Access Conference via LIVE streaming. This year’s conference with the theme: ‘Leading in a Transformational World – The Imperative of Innovation’ held at Eko Hotels & Suites, Victoria Island.
The conference kicked off with keynote addresses delivered by the CEO/GMD, Access Bank, Herbert Wigwe and Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode. A master class in ‘Mapping Innovation’ followed delivered by Hans Rosling, Co-Founder, GapMinder Foundation, Sweden. Other speakers at the conference were Steve Wozniak Co-Founder, Apple, USA; Chris Hughes, Co-Founder Facebook; Jose Maria Figueres, President, Carbon War Room, USA and Former President of the Republic of Costa Rica; Tony Fernandez, Founder and CEO, Air Asia amongst others.
The Access Conference is a biennial Leadership Conference organised by Access Bank Plc. The essence of the conference is to prepare young people for leadership as well as help leaders become better leaders that would be instrumental to the transformation of their societies and the world at large through innovation.
