I had mixed feelings when I first encountered the case study teaching method. It was fascinating discussing with a group on real companies and the decisions they took as well as the effects. When presenting a strategy/idea at work now, I refer to cases treated at #LBSNigeria and this makes it easier to be approved. My favourite case was on a bank in Nigeria and how they transitioned from a corporate bank to incorporating the retail strategy. It was exciting to learn critically on the bank’s journey, the clarity in goals they set and how they arrived at the visible outcome.
