Ajogwu Becomes LBS Professor of Corporate Governance

Renowned jurist and managing partner of Kenna and Associates, Fabian Ajogwu (SAN), has added another feather to his academic cap with his appointment as professor of Corporate Governance at Lagos Business School.

At the meeting of the Pan-Atlantic University Governing Council Wednesday, his appointment, based on the recommendation of the University’s Senate, was confirmed.

Professor Ajogwu brings a wealth of experience to the LBS table, where he has taught on a part-time basis since 1998.

An alumnus of the School’s Executive MBA Programme (EMBA 3), he has published over 10 books as well as numerous articles in academic and professional journals.

Professor Ajogwu represents and advises major multinational corporations in diverse areas of Law, including Energy and Natural Resources, Arbitration and Litigation. He has represented the Federal Government of Nigeria and some of its agencies in several court cases of significant national importance.

Having worked on several projects in the Real Estate, Energy and Natural Resource sectors, he is highly experienced in Foreign Direct Investments and Corporate Restructuring. His professional memberships include: the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Nigeria, International Bar Association, International Council for Commercial Arbitration, Nigerian Bar Association, Nigerian Institute of Management and Nigerian Society for International Law and Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria.
