Lagos Business School is the graduate business school of Pan-Atlantic University (formerly Pan-African University)

Other units in the University are the School of Media and Communications (SMC) and the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC). Before the University was established, LBS benefited immensely from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, and continues to do so today. IESE is one of the leading business schools in the world and has generously provided constant support to LBS in all its areas of activity. IESE professors visit regularly to teach on LBS programmes and to participate in the annual meetings of the Joint IESE-LBS Committee. IESE also provides academic training for LBS faculty and hosts two programmes for its participants every year in Barcelona.

LBS is also a member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME). Other associations LBS belongs to include the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM), the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) and the Convention on Business Integrity (CBI).
