One hundred and thirty-three participants, last Saturday, drew the curtains on their varying executive programmes at Lagos Business School after months of intensive study.

The graduands comprised 40 participants for the Senior Management Programme (SMP 55), 40 for SMP 56, 33 for the Advanced Management Programme (AMP 27), 19 for the Owner Manager Programme (OMP 19) and one for OMP 16.

Managing Director of Nigerian Breweries plc, Nicolaas A. Vervelde, was on hand to share his profound insights on management with the graduands from the Nigerian Breweries’ perspective.

Subsequently, they were awarded their certificates by the Dean, Dr Enase Okonedo; Director of Executive Education Mr Henry Onukwuba, and also inducted into the LBS Alumni Association (LBSAA)as part of the School’s efforts to empower them with a solid network.

In keeping with the tradition, the presidents of the graduating classes took turns recounting their experiences, and made generous donations to advance the School’s cutting-edge management education for the benefit of prospective students.

The LBS Executive Education programme is comprehensive and draws on the experiences of multinational faculty and participants. It ensures that participants gain management knowledge and skills by employing the case-study method and group-work approach to learning. LBS programmes attract over 3,000 participants from multinational and indigenous companies yearly, who attest to the expert teaching, relevant programmes and the overall benefits derived from attending.
