Franklin N. Ngwu is the Director of the Lagos Business School Sustainability Centre and an Associate Professor of Strategy, Corporate Governance, and Risk Management. He holds a PhD in Law and Economics of Banking Regulation, an MSc in Economics, and a Post-graduate Diploma in Development Economics from the University of Manchester. With experience at Barclays Bank UK and extensive consulting work, he has supported numerous organisations locally and internationally. In Nigeria, he has delivered training or consulting services to institutions such as the CBN, AfDB, Stanbic IBTC, FBN, NSE, ARM, Nigerian Breweries, AXA Mansard, Airtel, RCCG, FrieslandCampina, and others.

Professor Enase Okonedo, FCA, is the Vice-Chancellor of Pan-Atlantic University and former Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Dean of Lagos Business School (LBS). She joined LBS in 1995 after a career in banking and taught Finance and Decision-Making while holding several leadership roles. As Dean, she led LBS to global recognition, securing international accreditation and top rankings by the Financial Times, with the Executive MBA featured in The Economist’s 2020 ranking. A strong advocate for women in leadership, she serves on boards such as GBSN, UNPRME, and Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government. She holds a DBA from ISM Paris, an MBA from IESE, and a B.Sc. in Accounting.
