Isaac Orolugbagbe is a Senior Fellow at the Strategy, Entrepreneurship and SPEB Department of Lagos Business School and an Adjunct Faculty, Strategy & Corporate Governance at Strathmore Business School, Nairobi, Kenya. For more than 30 years, Isaac has worked successfully at senior levels in diverse industries. His indelible footprints can be seen in his roles as Treasury Controller DHL Nigeria, Senior Accountant Shell Petroleum Development Company, Managing Director, Red Star Express Plc., licensee of FedEx Corporation in West Africa (a position he held for 10 years), and CEO Skyway Aviation Handling Company (SAHCO Plc).
Professor Juan Elegido is Professor of Professional Ethics and former Vice-Chancellor of Lagos Business School (2005–2009). Born in Madrid in 1952, he holds a law licentiate from Universidad Central de Madrid and a doctorate from Universidad de Navarra. A founding staff member of Lagos Business School in 1991, he has authored seven books on business ethics and law, publishing widely in academic journals. Recognized among the top 10% most cited scholars on SSRN, his research focuses on the ethics of pricing. He has served on multiple boards, editorial boards, and advisory councils, and is a Fellow of several professional institutes.
Professor Olayinka David-West is Dean of Lagos Business School and a leading authority on business management, technology, and digital transformation. With decades of experience in IT and financial services, she has advanced academia, research, and business practices through strategic insights. At LBS, she has served as a faculty member, director, associate dean, and accreditation lead, driving global recognition and international accreditations. Her research focuses on technology’s impact on business models, strategy, and policy. Since 2015, she has led the SIDFS initiative on digital and financial inclusion. She holds CGEIT, CISA, and cyber risk governance certifications and mentors women in STEM.
