His perspective emphasises the realities of a rapidly changing world, where leaders must develop the awareness and analytical capability to interpret evolving trends and respond effectively. He advocates for creativity and innovation as essential leadership tools and underscores the importance of an integrated approach to performance management that acknowledges the interconnectedness of business, society, employees, and the environment in delivering sustainable value.
Beyond the classroom, Isaac is actively engaged as a consultant to a wide range of organisations, including Merck Pharma, Novartis, Fidson, Sanlam, Nestoil, Marriott Ikeja, and others. Through these engagements, he supports organisations in co-creating winning strategies, strengthening governance structures, building strong cultures, and delivering innovative products and services that drive long-term success.
