Programme Overview

The programme introduces strategic foresight as a disciplined approach for understanding change, uncertainty, and long-term implications. Participants examine how disruptions emerge, why conventional planning fails, and how signals, trends, and scenarios inform better choices. Through structured frameworks, participants learn to question assumptions, map uncertainty drivers, and assess how future forces could reshape competitive landscapes, value chains, customer expectations, and viability.

The learning experience emphasizes application, enabling participants translate foresight into actionable decisions. Tools support opportunity identification, risk prioritization, and strategic positioning under pressure. By the end, participants can anticipate shifts earlier, respond faster, and align investments, capabilities, and partnerships to benefit from disruption rather than react too late within complex ecosystems and volatile environments shaping long-term performance across sectors and economies.
