Isaac Orolugbagbe is a Senior Fellow and Academic Director of the Chief Executive Programme at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University (LBS), with over four decades of distinguished leadership experience across finance, operations, human resources, corporate strategy, governance, and innovation management. He holds a BSc and a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD), and the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria.
He serves as Chairman of the Board of Beta Computers Limited, DBI Mining Limited, BocTrust Microfinance Bank, and Courtyard Farms Limited, and as a Non-Executive Director at Veritasi Homes Limited and Hibiscus Venture Capital. Within Lagos Business School, he has also served as Chairman of the Seminars Committee, contributing to the development and delivery of high-impact executive programmes. Across these roles, he continues to support organisations in creating value and advancing prosperity within the Nigerian economy.
