She embodies the intellectual rigour and real-world impact that define our mission.
Professor Onwuegbuzie is a distinguished scholar in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, with particular expertise in indigenous innovation. Her work is widely recognised within the global management academy. Her research lies at the intersection of operational strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation, and is characterised by a strong balance of empirical scholarship and practical case studies that inform business practice.
Serving for over more than 25 years at Lagos Business School, Professor Onwuegbuzie has played a pivotal role in strengthening the institution through her leadership across multiple programmes. She currently contributes significantly to the Owner Manager Programme (OMP) and the Business Innovation Accelerator (BIA), helping to shape the next generation of business leaders and innovators.
