Dr. Henrietta Onwuegbuzie is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at Lagos Business School and a certified management consultant, as well as an IFC-certified management trainer. She is committed to economic and social transformation in Nigeria and Africa, and has helped create over 100 profitable, impact-driven businesses through LBS MBA and Executive programmes, where she teaches Entrepreneurship. She is Director of the Business Innovation Accelerator and Project Director for the Impact Investing initiative at LBS. Before joining the faculty, she managed women’s development projects and later worked in corporate banking. She also serves on several boards and consults widely across sectors.
