Programme Overview

The Senior Management Programme (SMP) is your opportunity to step back from the daily grind and see leadership from a bigger, clearer perspective. It’s designed to help you move from managing operations to shaping strategy, giving you the tools and confidence to lead with purpose. Through practical sessions and real conversations with peers from diverse industries, you’ll gain new insights into business trends, leadership, and growth opportunities.

You’ll also take part in the Global Immersion Programme in France, spending a week learning from global business leaders and experiencing new ways of thinking. When you return, you’ll join the Lagos Business School Alumni Association, a vibrant network of over 9,000 leaders making a difference across Africa and beyond.

Delivered one week (per month) over five months, the Senior Management Programme blends classroom sessions, case studies, peer collaboration, and global exposure to help executives improve their leadership and strategic decision-making. Capstone Project

Nkemdilim is a thought leader and active participant in the Nigerian Financial Inclusion Ecosystem. He leads the Supply-Side workstream of the Sustainable & Inclusive Digital Financial Services Initiative (SIDFS) in LBS, aimed at improving financial inclusion in Nigeria through research, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. SIDFS is supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF). He has led different research programmes on the adoption of digital financial services (DFS) for financial inclusion. Dr. Nkemdilim Iheanachor is a member of the Strategy Group in Lagos Business School (LBS), where he also serves as an Academic Director in the Senior Management Programme, as well as a course director in other executive and open-enrolment programmes in the School. Nkemdilim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, a Master of Business Administration degree, as well as an MPhil and a PhD in Management. He is also a visiting lecturer on the MBA programme at the University of Stellenbosch’s Business School, Cape Town, South Africa.
Kemi is currently a member of the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN), Business Ethics Network of Africa (BEN-Africa), Academy of International Business South West (AIB-SW), and the International Society of Business, Economics and Ethics (ISBEE). She is also a reviewer (ad hoc) for journals and conferences such as Journal of Business Ethics, African Journal of Business Ethics, Academy of Management, and Academy of International Business. She co-developed the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) anti-corruption toolkit as well as a curriculum for teaching ethics and anti-corruption for the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), Ghana. She has also co-facilitated several training events on corruption risk assessment for the private and public sectors, the most recent being that organised by (Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission) ICPC and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for the Nigerian aviation sector.
Dr. Ojadi has consulted widely for many companies (including banks, food and beverage and distribution and retail companies, and urban transport development) in procurement improvement and logistics and supply chain optimisation. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the South African-based Journal of Transport and Supply Chain Management. Dr Frank Ojadi obtained a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Ife in 1981 (now Obafemi Awolowo University), an MBA from the Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands, and a PhD in Transport Economics from the Department of Transport and Supply Chain Management of the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
