Capstone Project

Prof. Nkemdilim Iheanachor is a thought leader and active participant in the Nigerian Financial Inclusion Ecosystem. He leads the Supply-Side workstream of the Sustainable and Inclusive Digital Financial Services Initiative (SIDFS) in LBS, aimed at improving financial inclusion in Nigeria through research, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. SIDFS is supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF). He has led different research programmes on the adoption of digital financial services (DFS) for financial inclusion. He is a member of the Strategy Group in Lagos Business School (LBS), where he also serves as an Academic Director in the Senior Management Programme, as well as a course director in other executive and open-enrolment programmes in the School. Nkemdilim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, a Master of Business Administration degree, as well as an MPhil and a PhD in Management. He is also a visiting lecturer on the MBA programme at the University of Stellenbosch’s Business School, Cape Town, South Africa.
