Programme Overview

The Owner-Manager Programme (OMP) is built for business owners and managing directors who want to take their organisations to the next level of growth. Capstone Project

Dr Henrietta Onwuegbuzie is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and a certified Management Consultant at Lagos Business School. IFC-certified as a management trainer, she drives economic development and socio-economic transformation in Nigeria and Africa, having supported the creation of over 100 profitable, impact-driven businesses through LBS MBA and Executive programmes. She serves as Director of the Business Innovation Accelerator and Project Director for the Impact Investing initiative. Awarded for excellence in entrepreneurship and impact investing, she is a Distinguished Fellow of the Global Africa Leadership Council. With prior experience in women’s development projects and corporate banking, she also provides board-level guidance and consulting across industries and sectors.
Olawale Ajai is Professor of Legal, Social, and Political Environment of Business and Head of Strategy at Lagos Business School. He holds a PhD in law and teaches business law, financial inclusion, digital economy, non-market strategy, microeconomics of competitiveness, and public policy. His research focuses on digital financial services law, corporate governance, sustainability, and non-market strategy. He serves on the IUCN Environmental Law Commission and leads the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation–funded project on sustainable digital financial services for underserved Nigerians. Formerly, he held senior roles at Dunlop Nigeria Plc and the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and contributed to national environmental legislation.
