Prof. Kemi Ogunyemi | Associate Professor, Lagos Business School
Professor Ogunyemi is a faculty member at Lagos Business School, where she teaches business ethics, managerial anthropology, and sustainability management, with research and consulting interests in personal values, work-life balance, social responsibility, sustainability, governance, and anti-corruption risk assessment. Prior to joining the School in 2006, she held leadership roles at the Women’s Board (Educational Cooperation Society) and has since developed and delivered management and leadership programmes for professionals seeking to create positive impact. She has served in several academic and administrative capacities at Lagos Business School, including directing the MBA, Executive MBA, Senior Management Programme, and the Christopher Kolade Centre for Research in Leadership and Ethics, and participating in accreditation and review committees. A member of leading international business ethics networks such as EBEN, BEN-Africa, AIB-SW, and ISBEE, she co-developed the PRME anti-corruption toolkit and has facilitated corruption risk assessment workshops. She holds a law degree from the University of Ibadan, an LLM from the University of Strathclyde, and an MBA and PhD from Pan-Atlantic University.
