The Lagos Business School community took a well-deserved break from work and learning to focus on what truly matters to our health and well-being. Wellness Day 2025 was filled with energy, laughter, and teamwork as staff, students, and faculty came together to celebrate physical, mental, and emotional wellness.
The day began with an inspiring Wellness Talk where participants learned about the importance of healthy living, lifestyle modification, and breaking unhealthy habits. The session emphasised simple but practical steps for building lasting routines, from eating well and exercising regularly to setting SMART lifestyle goals that support balance and longevity and the power of having an accountability partner.

After the talk, the community laced up for the LBS Health Walk, clocking over 5,000 steps across the campus as a symbolic stride toward healthier living. This was followed by free medical check-ups, where various healthcare organisations provided wellness screenings and consultations.
The afternoon turned even livelier as everyone’s competitive spirit came to life. Teams representing Green, Red, Blue, and Orange competed in fun games like the 100m race, Egg & Spoon Race, 4×100m Relay, Table Tennis and other indoor games. Cheers echoed across the grounds as the Blue Team claimed an overall victory with 7 points, proudly taking home bragging rights for the year. The Sky is Blue!
