Lagos Business School (LBS) is pleased to announce its participation in GITEX Nigeria 2025, the nation’s premier technology and AI expo. As part of this landmark event, LBS will host a dynamic masterclass on September 3rd at the Eko Hotels and Suites, designed to equip leaders with the strategies needed to thrive in Nigeria’s rapidly evolving digital economy.
GITEX Nigeria is an extension of the globally renowned GITEX technology and startup show, organised by KAOUN International, a company affiliated with the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event is a strategic collaboration with Nigeria’s National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy. The primary purpose of GITEX Nigeria is to serve as a hub for technology and innovation, bringing together government leaders, global tech giants, investors, and startups to showcase Nigeria’s vibrant tech ecosystem, facilitate partnerships, and drive digital transformation.
The LBS masterclass will feature two key sessions led by distinguished faculty:
- 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Leadership in the Digital Economy – Navigating Nigeria’s Next Economic Frontier: This session will provide insights into the critical role of leadership in a digital-first world, offering practical frameworks for navigating economic shifts and leveraging technology for growth.
- 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Building Your AI-First Organisation: A Strategic Imperative: This session will focus on the strategic implementation of artificial intelligence within organisations. Participants will learn how to integrate AI to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and maintain a competitive edge.
Attendees will hear from expert faculty members, including Professor Olayinka David-West, Dean of LBS, Dr. Yetunde Anibaba, Dr. Chidozie Nsoedo, and Dr. Nkem Iheanachor. These sessions are crafted to provide actionable strategies and business insights that go beyond theory.
