Lagos Business School (LBS) is delighted to announce the 2025 CIL Acquico Scholarship recipients. This incredible opportunity, made possible through the generous support of CIL Acquico Limited, will provide full tuition for their studies on the Modular MBA programme.
The CIL Acquico Scholarship is a need-based initiative designed to support deserving MBA candidates who demonstrate financial need, empowering the next generation of business leaders. The scholarship programme identifies and supports outstanding individuals who demonstrate strong academic achievement, leadership potential, and a commitment to positively impacting their communities. The selection was based on the following criteria:
- Strong evidence of financial need
- Academic excellence and potential for success on the programme
- Successful admission into the Modular MBA 8 (MMBA 8) cohort
- Commitment to professional growth and leadership

Meet Our Scholars
Please join us in congratulating the recipients of the 2025 CIL Acquico MBA Scholarship:
- Oyinkansola Aregbesola – Ms Aregbesola leads in-depth market analysis and provides investment recommendations to institutional and retail clients at ARM. She is passionate about financial literacy and teaches others how to make better financial decisions on her YouTube and Instagram accounts, @yourfinanceandyou
- Teece Ogbu-Nnachi – Teece is an HR professional who hopes to gain the knowledge, leadership skills, and strategic mindset to drive real change
- Joy Adewuyi – Joy is the inventor of the SME Business Planner. This innovative business development tool is modelled after the local ‘suwe’ game, globally known as hopscotch, into a planning-execution resource tool.
- Hannah Ishola-Oshodi – Hannah is an environmental sustainability advocate who wants to build skills in public speaking, business analytics, and strategic growth.
- Caleb Baale – Caleb is skilled at shaping executive decisions through data-driven insights, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement. He also leads digital literacy programmes for students.

The CIL Acquico Scholarship is a testament to CIL Acquico’s commitment to fostering talent and investing in the future of business leadership. This initiative aims to remove financial barriers for deserving students and cultivate a diverse and dynamic group of leaders ready to tackle tomorrow’s challenges.
CIL Acquico Limited has demonstrated a strong commitment to education through its scholarship initiatives in collaboration with Lagos Business School. In 2022 and 2024, the organisation awarded one scholarship each to deserving students to study at LBS, with the number of recipients increasing to five in 2025.
