The HMN held a Panel session on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) at the recently concluded AIB conference.
AIB conference theme: Africa’s Competitiveness in the Global Economy
Topic for panel discussion: Creating and encouraging collectivist relationships within MNCs: The transfer and sharing of knowledge by expatriate staff.
The purpose of the symposium was to have a discussion on how expatriates who may come from individualistic societies can be encouraged to share knowledge within domestic firms. Relevant documents are given below
