The Christopher Kolade Centre for Research in Leadership and Ethics (CKCRLE), in collaboration with Society for the Advancement of Management Studies (U.K) is organizing a 3-day management research workshop.
This workshop aims to deepen and strengthen management research capacity in Nigeria. The workshop is targeted at Ph.D. students and early career researchers with less than 3 years of research experience in Nigeria. It will train 40 doctoral students and 10 early career researchers. The participants will be taken through the process of research from conceptualisation to writing and publishing, by highly seasoned, professional and well published management scholars who have excelled in the field of management and who will be facilitating the workshop. The participants will also benefit from mentoring from the workshop facilitators.
The call for participation is open to all Ph.D. students and early career researchers in universities and Business schools in Nigeria. Applicants are to submit;
- A 2 page research concept
- A personal profile or CV.
All applications received will be reviewed by a panel. 50 participants will be selected by the panel. The selected applicants will be informed and paired with mentors. The participants are expected to continue to work closely with their mentors to develop the research concepts into research papers and publish them in reputable journals.
