Programme Overview​

To provide foundational HR knowledge, skills, and the personal character attributes necessary for building a solid and successful career in HR management.

This is to be achieved through a conscious shift in learning, focusing on key outcomes at this rudimentary level.

The discourse would hinge significantly on Business strategy execution, Change Management and innovation through change, administrative efficiency, as well as  Relationship Management through stakeholder engagements with an emphasis on high ethical values.

Programme Objective

The objectives of the BASIC programme is to strengthen rudimentary knowledge around HR practices through well-articulated self-learning schemes, an exhaustive in-class case-study, role-play styled lecture approach as well as a "hands-on" INTERNSHIP scheme which systematically ensures that core competencies at this level are developed. There would also be 3 months post –programme access to HR Thought Leaders,

Programme Duration

15 Days in-class sessions + Internship over a period of 3 months


Programme Fees

N985, 000

The tuition fee covers tuition, reading & Classroom material and a daily meal.

An initial deposit of 70 % of programme fee is required to secure a place once admission is offered. The balance payment is made before the end of the month of the second module.
