Human Resource experts from various industries convened at Lagos Business School today to discuss the results of the Global HR Competency Study, 2015.
Nigeria participated in this global survey for the first time and the HR Forum, organised by Lagos Business School, provided an avenue for an open discussion around the results and analysis of how best to address current HR challenges to positively impact future business performance.
The keynote speech, on Talent Management: Challenges and Strategies, was delivered by LBS Faculty, Uche Attoh. Mike Ulrich joined the forum and delivered the Global Competency Survey results. He also responded to participant’s questions.
The event came to a close with closing remarks given by the Executive Education Director, Henry Onukwuba.
