LBS Conversations: How to position organisations to manage employees remotely
The increasing spread of COVID-19 across countries of the world has had a severe impact on the global economy. A decline in economic activities persists due to a compulsory shutdown of companies in the aviation, education, food, technology and education sectors, among others. On the microeconomic level, organisations and individuals are now dealing with an unprecedented crisis that has disrupted set policies and processes. In larger organisations, moving employees to a remote work plan is a daunting task for HR teams who may have never experimented with this approach. People management and communication are two essential skills for HR managers and organisation leaders to successfully lead teams in these times.
Our Faculty members will be discussing How to position organisations to manage employees remotely. The panel will be led by Dr Eugene Ohu.
