Most companies like GTBank have leaders with the strong operational skills needed to maintain the status quo. However, they face a critical deficit: leadership-minded managers, defined by ability to respond to problems and drive organizational change in a deliberate kind of way, as well as confidence required to tackle what management scientists call “wicked problems.” 

Today’s challenging and complex business environment requires leaders with agility in execution, enhance strategic thinking skills, and have a deep understanding of human dynamics.

Upon the completion of this programme, GTBank participants learnt leadership agility, enhanced their ability to lead in the organization, and honed their skills at strategy execution.

The programme was very interesting and engaging and I have learnt a lot in the past five days. I believe I will be a better leader and manager. I have also learnt the difference between coaching and mentoring. In all, this programme has affected me positively and I am better from being part of it. Excellent programme!
