The third edition of the Africa Business Conference tagged “innovative strategies for sustainable growth in an evolving market” will hold at Lagos Business School on Friday, June 26, 2015.
The conference, organised by the School’s MBA students, seeks to bridge the gap between potential and contemporary business leaders so as to ensure sustainable prosperity on the continent.
This year’s edition will address how businesses can position themselves for sustainable growth in Africa, leveraging on growing investments and innovative opportunities on the continent. It will motivate business owners, SMEs, industry builders and players to be innovative in their business processes following the nature of the global economy and the need for relevance in diverse industries.
Speakers expected at the high-profile event include: Mr Rakeshi Wahi, co-Founder, Forbes Africa; Ibukun Awosika, Chairman, First Bank Capital; Wale Tinubu, CEO, Oando; Tonye Cole, Executive Director, Sahara Group, Professor Reid Whitlocka and more. They will share their insights with participants on innovation as a strategic tool with which businesses will remain competitive in the increasingly dynamic business environment.
Interactive panel sessions will follow, with panelists drawn from Agriculture, ICT, Fashion, Media and Entertainment, Energy and Manufacturing.
