Temilade Aina (Adefioye) is a Research Assistant at CRLE, her research interests include Big Data, Information Systems, Business Ethics, Business Intelligence and Competitive Intelligence.
She has a First Class Honors degree in Computer Science from Bowen University, Nigeria. Upon her graduation, she undertook the compulsory National Youth Service Corps programme where she worked as an Information Technology officer at Godilogo limited Nigeria, Obanliku, Cross-River state. After her NYSC programme, she worked at Risk Control services Nigeria, Ajah, Lagos also as an Information Technology officer and Webmaster where she rose to head the Information Technology deparment before proceeding for her Masters degree in England.
For her Masters degree, she studied Information and Knowledge Management at Loughborough University, England, where she graduated with a Distinction. Shortly after her graduation, she proceeded to work as an Electronic Funds Transfer Specialist with Interswitch Group, Lagos, Nigeria for a very short period, after which she took up employment with the Lagos Business School as a Research Assistant.
Her work in CRLE helps her to research on various ethical issues in the Business world and how Information management affects Business practices.
