Adesanya Gbenga is a member of the Management Scholar Academy at the Lagos Business School and research assistant at the Centre for Research in Leadership and Ethics. He possesses a First Class Honours degree in Economics from the University of Ado – Ekiti and a Master degree in the same field from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria and has a distinction in Data Analysis and Management from the University of Lagos Consult. He recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Education in which he acquired the necessary skills in teaching and knowledge dissemination.
Gbenga had a stint with the Supreme Management Training and Consultancy Services Limited, Ibadan, immediately after his first degree programme. He was responsible for the development of training modules and information gathering for the organization. Upon the completion of his Master programme, he worked with AB Microfinance Bank where he managed the portfolios of over 100 clients – assessing businesses, proposing and managing the repayments of clients' credit facilities.
He spends his leisure time reading motivational books, listening to international news and watching football. His work with the CRLE helps to break new grounds in the areas of leadership, women and ethics.
