WOLE OSHIN - PRESIDENT
Wole is the founder and Group Managing
Direct or of Custodian and Allied Plc. Having graduated from the University of Lagos with a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science, Wole at various times worked at the National Insurance Corporation of Nigeria (NICON), Femi Johnson & Company Limited (Insurance Brokers) and Crusader Insurance Plc, from where he left to found Custodian in 1994. Wole has over 26 years' experience in Insurance Underwriting/Clai ms, Marketing and Investment.
He serves on the Board of several companies and was on the Presidential Committee that set up the reforms in the Pensions Industry. Wole is a past Chairman of the Nigerian Insurers Association, former Council member of the West Africa Insurance Institute (WAII), a member of the Council of the West African Insurance Companies Association (WAICA). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, U.K. He is the first and only African and also a Director of the International Insurance Society (IIS) New York, the elite society of insurance companies worldwide. He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School.
BOLA ADESOLA - VICE PRESIDENT
Bola Adesola was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Ltd in March 2011. Prior to joining the bank, she was an Executive Director in First Bank of Nigeria Plc where she was responsible for the Corporate Banking business, and later managing the entire business in the Lagos Directorate including retail,
c orporate and commercial banking. Previously, she was Managing Director of Kakawa Discount House, Nigeria, where she drove record business performance.
She also worked in Citibank for 9 years in senior leadership roles in Nigeria and Tanzania. As MD/CEO of one of Standard Chartered's most promising markets, Bola provides leadership for the Group in Nigeria through developing overall country strategy and direction. Her deep knowledge of the Nigerian market, strong client and regulatory relationships, and broad banking experience drive the continued strengthening of Standard Chartered Bank's franchise in Nigeria. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985, Bola Adesola has over 25 years banking experience.
An alumnus of Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School, she also holds a Law degree from the University of Buckingham, UK. Bola is an Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria and sits on the Board of the Financial Markets Dealers Association having served in various capacities in developing the Nigerian Money Market, the Interbank Settlement Systems and the Discount House subsector. Bola also chairs the Central Bank of Nigeria Bankers' Sub-Committee on Women's Economic Empowerment. She is a member of the Nigeria National Competitiveness Council, inaugurated by President Goodluck Jonathan in 2013 and was recently appointed the first female Vice President of Lagos Business School Alumni Association (LBSAA).
BONAVENTURE CHIBUEZE EGBOH - SECRETARY
Mr. Bonaventure Egboh is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of TRIBOCH International Limited, a group of diverse companies operating in the Seed Production, Agro-chemicals, Food Processing and FMCGs Retail sub-sectors of the economy.
Mr. Egboh is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in marketing and distribution. His core expertise is in brand positioning. He gained vast industry experience working with The Candel Company Limited; a leading company in the Agricultural sector of the Nigeria economy for 21 years. He rose to become the GM, Sales and Marketing; hitting sales of N5.4B in 2011. He left to pioneer Triseeds, Impact Chemicals, Trifoods, and Trimart – member companies of the TRIBOCH group.
He is a graduate of the University of Nigeria with a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning. Bonaventure has attended numerous programmes in Agriculture and Management across the world, including a Key Executives Programme at Harvard Business School in 2009. Bona is a proud alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS), completing the Senior Management Programme (SMP) in 1997 and the Executive MBA in 2013. He is a member of the National Institute of Town Planners and an Executive member of the National Institute of Marketing (NIM) of Nigeria.

ADEMOLA B. ALADEKOMO, IMMEDIATE PAST PRESIDENT
Demola Aladekomo is the Group Managing Director of CHAMS Group and the Chairman of Chams Plc. He started CHAMS 27 years ago as the first indigenous computer maintenance outfit. Over the years, the company has pioneered many new technologies and provided intelligent solutions to a wide range of public and private initiatives. Some of his achievements in the field of IT practice include the first wide-area-network on PCs in Nigeria, the first company to venture into card technologies in Nigeria and the Guinness Book of Records recognition for Chams City Innovation.
With a commitment and passion
to provide solutions that
leads to the enhancement of the living standards of the Nigerian people, he led the team that won the concession on the Identity Management Program in Nigeria among other
trail blazing efforts in Nigeria.
Demola is acknowledged as the brain behind the success of the first e-payment card in Nigeria birthed by the Valucard project working with a consortium of 5 indigenous Banks. Demola was also part of the first Chief Executive Program at the Lagos Business School (LBS) and now serves as the President of the Lagos Business School Alumni Association (LBSAA). He is the immediate Past President and a Fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society (FNCS), a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and a fellow of the Computer Professional Registration Council (CPN). He is the Chairman, Board of Trustees: Volunteer Corps, a non-governmental organisation committed to professional volunteerism for public school education. Demola also served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of SmartCard Society of Nigeria.
Austin Okere is the Chief Executive Officer of the Computer Warehouse Group. He possesses an unprecedented flair for visioning, strategy and branding. Austin is a graduate of Computer Science from the University of Lagos. He also holds an MBA degree from the international Graduate School of Management (IESE), Navara, Spain.
He is a member of several professional and leadership bodies, including ICT Advisory Board, Nigerian Competitive Council and Nigerian Economic Summit Group. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Nigerian-South African Chamber of Commerce.
He has been
recognized and honoured locally and internationally with many awards in recognition of his contribution to the information and communications technology world. He is currently an Entrepreneur in Residence at Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Legatum Centre.
A distinguished banker, accountant, economist and administrator, he holds a first class B.Sc degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos and an Advanced Management Programme Certificate from the Lagos Business School. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administrators (FICA), he had over 23 years experience in Accounting, Consulting and Banking, rising to the position of Managing Director/Chief Executive of NAL Bank Plc (2000-2005), and Executive Director – Sterling Bank Plc from January to August 2006 before going into the public sector.
He served as Lagos State Commissioner for Economic Planning & Budget from January 2007 till May 2015, having first been appointed by Governor Tinubu and then re-appointed for two terms now by Governor Fashola. Ben is currently the Chief Executive Officer of BIA Consulting Ltd, a Financial and Strategic Management Consulting firm, with a strong focus on public financial management (PFM).
Ben Akabueze is very passionate about societal transformation and actively participates in programmes designed to bring the desired change in his country. In this respect, he serves on the Boards of the Apostles in the Marketplace, Society for National Transformation, Africa Missions Global, etc. Ben has also served on the Boards of several private sector companies. Additionally, he is the Pastor-in-charge of Lagos Province 39 of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, with headquarters at The King's Court parish in Victoria
Island , Lagos whose congregation consists mainly of professionals and business people. Ben is the recipient of several academic, professional and community service awards. He is a member of Metropolitan Club and Ikoyi Club, among others, and loves to play squash and to swim. Ben is married to Ngozi and blessed with children.
Senator Daisy Ehanire Danjuma is a law graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria with over 35 years of post-call experience.
She began her career as a State Counsel in the Lagos State Ministry of Justice (Department of Public Prosecutions) and was a pioneer Legal Counsel to the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria before working for the investment bank Nigerian Acceptances Ltd. (NAL). She spent the next decade as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) before moving into private practice. She is a former Chairman of SAPETRO from 1999 to 2003.
2003 she was elected Senator of the Federal
R epublic of Nigeria where she served on numerous committees, most notably as Chairman of the ECOWAS Parliament's Women and Children's Rights Committee and Senate Committee Chairman on Women Affairs and Youth Development.
Senator Danjuma is an alumna of the Lagos Business School, a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the International Federation of Female Lawyers (FIDA).

ENASE OKONEDO - Dean, Lagos Business School
Dr Enase Okonedo has been responsible for setting strategic direction, as well as overseeing all academic and administrative matters of the School, since 2009 when she was appointed the Dean of Lagos Business School.
She obtained an MBA from IESE Business School, Barcelona and a doctorate in Business Administration from International School of Management (ISM), Paris.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and the International Academy of Management (IAM), Dr Okonedo is the Chair of the LBS Management Board, a member of the Senate and Governing Council of Pan-Atlantic University.
She also serves on the academic advisory board of the Global Business School Network (GBSN), a non-profit organisation based in Washington DC. Between 2012 and 2013, she was the Chairperson of the Association of African Business Schools (AABS) and remains a member of the Board. She was recently elected to the board of AACSB International, a leading global institution for advancing quality management education.
Before her appointment as the Dean, Dr Okonedo taught courses in problem solving and decision making, corporate financial management and financial strategy. She also held several leadership positions in LBS at various times.
An accomplished professional with more than 28 years' experience in the financial services and management education sectors; she serves as an independent non-executive director in Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) Nigeria, as well as on the boards of several other indigenous companies.

Prince Abimbola Olashore is an experienced Investment Banker and Fund Manager with over two and half decades of professional experience. Bimbo has vast experience in the capital markets and financial advisory services in the public and private sectors. He is the current Chairman of Lead Capital Group Plc and Chairman Board of Governors of Olashore International School (OIS). He is also currently on the board of UNICO PFA Limited. He joined Lead Bank (now a part of Mainstreet Bank) in 1991 and became the Managing Director in 1997 a position he held till 2005.
As Managing Director of Lead Bank, he established the bank as one of the top investment banks in Nigeria. The bank repeatedly won the Reuters/SBA award as the leading Nigerian Issuing House for three consecutive years. After the end of banking consolidation exercise in December 2005, he joined the Board of Ecobank Nigeria Plc as Executive Director. In this role, he helped set up their Investment banking arm before returning to Lead Capital Plc. He has had stints with various international financial institutions including American Express Bank. He is an Engineering graduate of the University of Hull, United Kingdom and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Bankers, Institute of Directors (IOD), Member Body of Fellows, Academy of Entrepreneurial Studies (AES). He is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School.
Bunmi Afolabi is the Alumni Relations Director at Lagos Business School where she is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and maintenance of programmes to engage alumni and further strengthen relationships within the School's growing network. Previously, she set up the Nigerian office of the African Distributor for Autodesk in Nigeria and led the Nigerian operations after working as an Education Manager in NCR and before that at Bi-Trax Axxent.
She graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University with a BSc in Chemical Engineering and holds an MBA from Cranfield University, United Kingdom. Afolabi also holds a diploma in Computer Studies and has been exposed to various management, strategic thinking and sales and marketing management courses over the years. She is also an
alumna of Lagos Business School having graduated from the Advanced Management Program.
Francis is an accomplished innovation professional who has traversed the worlds of Consulting, Banking, eBusiness and Telecoms in the last 23 years.
He is currently the Vice President, Value Added Services at Airtel Nigeria. He started his career with Andersen Consulting, now known as Accenture. He has since worked with Liberty Bank, Oceanic Bank in the Financial Services Industry,
Chamsswitch in the ePayments Industry, Spinlet a music distribution service. He was responsible for instituting Dealfish (now known as OLX), a Naspers company in West Africa.
He holds a first degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Benin and two Masters' degrees in Construction Management and Business Administration from the University of Lagos and Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University respectively. Francis is also a certified Project Management professional (PMP of Project Management Institute, USA.

'Tunde Reis retired as a brigadier general from the Nigerian Army and is now the President and Chief Executive Officer of First World Communities Ltd - a company focused on large scale delivery of affordable housing and associated infrastructure in West Africa. He also serves as
consultant to the Nigerian Army and other government agencies on housing, land and urban development. In 2007, he was appointed the Executive Chairman of Nigeria's Federal Housing Authority (FHA), where he received commendation from the President of Nigeria. Prior to this, he established a retirement housing scheme for officers and soldiers. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Lagos and a master's degree in Architecture. 'Tunde received a
Ph.D from the Architectural Association Graduate School in London. He has received the highest medal for unblemished long service, the Grand
Service Service Star, the Chief of Army Staff's commendation, the "Most Distinguished Alumni of the Lagos Business School" award, the 2001 National Productivity Order of Merit award and the national honour of Officer Order of the Niger. In collaboration with his wife, 'Yinka, and their four daughters, 'Tunde started the
Borikan Self- Reliance Institute, aimed at providing extra tuition, scholarship and mentoring for primary school children (age 9-11) from indigent illiterate parents. He is a Fellow of the second class of the Africa Leadership Initiative-West Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
