Finance for Non-Finance Managers
Overview:
The programme aims at providing executives, who have no formal training in finance, with an understanding of the financial consequences of their decisions, and equipping them with basic financial management tools to enable them make decisions that will enhance the value of their organisations. It provides tools that enables you make sense of the numbers, and addresses issues of corporate financial planning and management of the organisation’s limited resources.
This seminar will also demonstrate how to evaluate investment proposals and evaluate product marketing strategies. At its conclusion, the course would have provided an array of financial tools, concepts and insights that will enhance managerial effectiveness and in consequence, competitive advantage.
