Overview:
Owners and employers cannot do it all by themselves. They must have others collaborate with them in their quest to create value. When interests are not aligned however, those who are meant to promote the company can end up crippling her. One solution is to build cultures of integrity. This is not an easy task to undertake, and in this seminar, you will find assistance towards achieving this aim.
Objective:
Participants should be able to do a preliminary audit of their organisational culture and identify the gaps. They will learn how to design and put in place the building blocks to fill these gaps identified. They will also improve their problem-solving skills with regard to ethical issues.
