Credit Analysis and Management

Overview:
This is a core credit programme developed to equip participants with practical knowledge and skills in analysing and managing credits. Participants will, applying the business and financial analysis framework, learn how to use macro-economic, industry, company, business and financial statement information and reports, to analyse and evaluate their impacts and the true prospects of a credit proposal. Using this model, they will also prepare the credit analyst's future periods forecasts of these measures and the follow-on credit performance review reports.

The programme would also focus on the practical issues related to structuring, arranging, documenting, syndicating, marketing and sales of credit products and services as well as their management. We would also examine the credit product suitability, the customer's business and compliance with the lender's credit policy and the credit management process as well as regulatory pronouncements.
