MBA Workload

Pan-African University offers a 21 calendar month MBA (full-time) programme made up of 2 sessions with 3 terms each. The session begins in September and ends in June.  There are five courses in each term of the first year (session), and four in the first term of the second year. All of them are either compulsory or required. In the second and third terms of the second year, students can choose from a number of electives.

The main pedagogical method used in the LBS is the case study method.  Students are required to prepare for their classes by reading an average of 10 cases per week each requiring at least 2 hours of personal study and analysis.

Classes take place on Mondays to Fridays at the Lekki Campus of the School. The day starts at 8.15am with students discussing the day’s cases within groups, and ends with the last session at 3.00pm.
