Coming to a programme such as this where people
come from different cultural and educational
backgrounds, and having to learn from each
person’s perspective was quite rewarding. As a
pharmacist learning in a class with an economist
or an accountant was quite challenging, because
we were looking at issues from very different
angles, and yet I was able to learn how to
accommodate people and understand their
perspectives, so that I could appreciate them
better.

What
I find most rewarding after the MBA programme:
Changing my career and what I do daily has been
quite rewarding. I previously worked as an
accountant for about 3 years which I found very
boring, but now I’m a financial analyst doing
new things. I work in the business development
department, and that keeps me thinking on my
feet. I also feel I can perform any task in any
organization, I just need very little time to
get the hang of things and then I’m set.
