UDOJI UchoraWith a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MBA, both from the University of Nigeria, Uchora Udoji has had post-graduation exposure since 1990. She started her career in information technology acquiring experience in programming and business analysis for automation and information management.
She also has experience in corporate development in the banking sector with emphasis on strategic planning, people training and people preparation for change. An entrepreneur skilled in the development and management of small and medium scale enterprises (SME's), she facilitates sessions in the areas of human resources management and organisational behaviour in LBS programmes.
Her current research interests include human behavior, negotiation, personal career management and team building.
