Dr. Ovadje has a doctorate in Business Administration from IESE Business School, Spain. She leads sessions in Human Resource Management, Leadership & Organizational Change in both local and international programmes. She is an active consultant to industry.
Her current research interests include Change Management, Human Resource Management & Performance, and Knowledge Management. Dr. Ovadje was one of the recipients of the African Management Scholar Award in 2005. She is a pioneer member of faculty of the Lagos Business School.
