Ifedapo Adeleye, PhD SPHR

Ifedapo Adeleye is a lecturer in Human Resources and Organisation at Lagos Business School.

He teaches MBA, executive MBA and executive education courses in areas related to human resource management and organisational behaviour. Dr Adeleye's current research and consulting activities revolve around two broad areas: compensation management and diversity management, and his sectoral expertise spans the banking and legal sectors. He has authored several journal articles, cases and technical notes, including: 'Obama's Nobel Peace Prize: A "Reward" Gone Awry?; Risk Management and Reward Systems; Designing Strategic Compensation Systems in Nigeria; and Achieving Service Excellence Through People.

Ifedapo received his PhD in HRM from Manchester Business School, after winning the Zenith Bank Distinguished Graduating Student Prize at the University of Lagos for his first degree, and earning two M.Sc. degrees in Economics and in HR from Cardiff Business School. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources of the Society for HRM, USA and a Life Fellow of the Nigerian Conservation Foundation.
