You should begin your application process early, and aim to submit your application package at least one month before the closing date. Application forms are available at both the Victoria Island and the Lekki Campuses of the School.

The Pan-African University Entrance Examination

The entrance examination for admission into the Executive MBA is scheduled on a Saturday in September.  Applicants are invited to this examination after they have submitted their application forms (and if they have met the admission requirements 1-3 below).

Admissions Criteria / Requirements

Candidates for admission into the Executive MBA programme must satisfy all of the following requirements.

1. Five credit passes including English and Mathematics at the ‘O’ Level

2. At least a second class lower university degree from a recognized university; or a Higher National Diploma together with a postgraduate diploma; or an acceptable professional qualification together with a postgraduate diploma.

3. At least five years’ post-qualification work experience.

4. A satisfactory performance at the GMAT OR the Pan-African University’s entrance examination.

5. Satisfactory evaluation of the candidate’s intellectual capacity, professionalism, maturity, past professional experience and motivation for work, through an interview. (Only short-listed candidates are interviewed).  

6. As candidates will have to combine the demands of the programme with their work, an explicit approval of the company allowing the candidates to undertake these studies will also be required (page 4 of the application form).

We encourage applicants to submit their completed application forms with supporting documents before the end of August, if they plan to sit for the entrance examination in September.  We would however still receive applications with GMAT scores after this date until mid-October to enable us schedule an interview.
