CIPRA is headed by Dr Ernest Ndukwe, a member of faculty of LBS and former executive vice chairman and CEO of the Nigerian Communications Commission. CIPRA also has core staff, and an advisory board made up of leading academics in LBS. CIPRA will also house research fellows – usually academics and practitioners who study and write on a variety of subjects related to infrastructure, policy, regulation and advancement.
