The main pedagogical tool used in the AMP is the case-study method. Instruction in the AMP is centred on actual business cases taken from Nigeria and abroad. Occasional lectures, discussions, videos, simulations and role-playing supplement these cases.
Group sessions are key to the AMP learning process. Small groups of 8 - 10 participants are arranged to ensure an adequate mix of participants from varied backgrounds and industries, thus maximising exposure and interaction.
The AMP sharpened and prepared me for greater challenges in the work place, for the society and life in general....
